Specialist Tool: 3-pin wind back adaptor for VAG models with EPB
This is an essential bit of kit when servicing the rear brake calipers on VAG models that feature an electronic park brake. Once the electronic park brake mechanism has been retracted (software controlled), this 3-pin wind back adaptor is used with a wind back tool to reset the caliper pistons and allow new pads to be fitted.
