Please note:
The clamp meter is designed on the basis of the Hall effect. To obtain a more accurate value, please perform the following steps:
1, Before testing, zero the jumped values on the screen due to signals from the earth’s electromagnetic field. If it does not work, zero several times.
2, Do not rotate the clamp meter, keep the orientation the same.
3, Perform the test within 5 seconds, otherwise the clamp meter would detect signals from the earth’s electromagnetic field again.
1mA RESOLUTION: Read AC/DC low current with 1mA sensitivity and up to 6000 counts on the backlight screen, this clamp meter is ideal to check earth leakage on badly configured devices. Micro-ampere μA current can also be tested via the test leads.
AC DC CURRENT TESTER: This amp clamp device measures DC current as well as AC. Small current drain can be tested via the clamp, e.g. to measure a battery drain on a car, without having to disconnect any wires.
