Each top up transaction adds an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card to your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card balance.

Where can I view my Gift Card balance?

Your entire Amazon.co.uk Gift Card balance can be viewed on the Gift Card balance page. Note that you might be required to sign in.

What can I use my balance to shop for?

You can use your Gift Card balance towards the purchase of eligible items on Amazon.co.uk, including physical products. Your Gift Card balance cannot be used to purchase other gift cards as per the applicable Amazon Gift Card terms and conditions.

When will the Auto Top Up Low Balance be processed?

If you choose Auto Top Up Low Balance, the Top Up funds will be automatically applied to your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Balance whenever your balance drops below the triggering amount you chose.

When will the Auto Top Up Schedule be processed?

If you choose Auto Top Up Schedule, the Auto Top Up will be applied to your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Balance on the delivery date you select and the consecutive Auto Top Ups will occur according to the frequency you choose.

Can I change my Auto Top Up setting?

Yes, go to Your Account > View Balance to change the amount or frequency of the Auto Top Up, the amount that triggers the Auto Top Up, or to turn off Auto Top Up.

Are there any maintenance fees for the funds I top up?

No, Amazon.co.uk does not charge any fees for your gift card balance.
