Measure from base of neck to base of tail

Size up if your dog is on the upper end of a size range and has a broad chest or large head.Size down if your dog is on the lower end of a size range and is narrow-chested, slim, or has a small head.Stick with the size if your dog is in or near the middle of a size range.
